The above sentence was written in my last article and it is wrong.
I should've written, whether you're walking after the Spirit or after the flesh is a moment by moment choice.
Because once you're saved, you're no longer in Adam, you're covered by the Blood of Christ.
Now, to be in Christ, you must be walking after the Spirit. Christ, our example, did not walk after the flesh. He was always, obedient and did what His Father told Him to do, through the Holy Spirit. This is how we must be to walk like Him.

I reckon some, like you, understood what I meant, but I'm more worried about misleading the ones who understand little or not at all. I don't want to teach or speak anything that's not Spiritual Truth.

Here's a little bit of trivia. If you've read all of my posts, then you've noticed the changes I've made. I went from a capital S to a small s in my name and in the title. Also, just a couple of nights ago, I decided to go by servant, instead of servant21 . As far as using lower case letters, I believe I got that idea from you. Thanks.
It's like, we use caps in every God Name, so I'm using all lower case letters in my name to denote my being a servant and being less than God or something like that.
Also, I had to delete this comment, because I don't know how to edit my comments. I would really appreciate it if anyone would tell me how to do this, if it's possible. Thanks.
One saved always saved? Is that true?
If we no longer are walking in the flesh, what happens if someone decides they no longer want to walk in the Spirit?
I have a friend that said they used to be a Christian and believed in God, but now have since decided in other gods.
Colleen, in my opinion, once saved always saved, isn't quite that easily answered. I believe, if you are seeking the Kingdom of God and are obedient to His Commandments, then you will always be saved. I also believe that if you turn from God to other gods, then your grace will run out.
I believe their are many verses that support this, but I'd like to share these verses with you.
Hebrews 10:23-26
"23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)
24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:
25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
26 For if we sin willfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins," KJV
God said in Exodus 20:2-3
", we are not to have other gods before Him. And if we do, we are willfully sinning against Him.
I also believe the following verse is rather important, especially in this day and time.
1 Timothy 4:1 KJV
"1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;" 1 Timothy 4:1 KJV

Well... Im not so sure Grace runs out...
I once believed that no matter what, once you accepted Christ you were saved and if you later totally turn to other gods, well then you must not have REALLY been saved in the first place.
I dont believe that anymore. I do believe the bible gives clear evidence that once you are saved nothing can take it from you. Nothing.
But, I have read in the bible passages that suggest you can give it back. I dont believe God will ever trump free will. If he did, would it really be a two way relationship?
